We are excited to introduce the latest updates to our pricing plans. We want to help businesses measure Customer Experience in both platforms, Web and Mobile. So we are now offering Mobile Voice of Customer (VoC) and Web VoC available as separate plans.
With the advent of mobile and tablet applications, the demand for user research on mobile devices is increasing rapidly. As a result, we were getting a lot of requests from our customers to make Mobile Voice of Customer available as a separate plan.
Well, you asked we listened. UserZoom now offers businesses the chance to conduct powerful user feedback studies and measure Customer Experience on iOS and Android devices starting at £1,000/month.
Our Web Voice of Customer solution also enables businesses to measure Customer Experience of their websites. The new Web VOC plan starts at £1,000/month.
Integration with Web Analytics
Both Mobile and Web VoC solutions can be integrated with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture Sitecatalyst. This will enable you to link user voice metrics such as satisfaction ratios or Net Promoter Score to clickstreams and other traffic data.
Changes to Multi-Product Enterprise Plan
One of our main goals is constant innovation and improvement of our products. Recently, we added a “partial” responses feature to the Enterprise plan. This feature enables companies to gather and analyse incomplete data responses. On the collaboration side, we added a team/user-based permissions feature that allows creation of sub-teams with separate permissions and privacy settings for each team.
And last but not least, we are launching a UserZoom University with lots of training videos and tips to help you get the most out of the UserZoom solution. Whether you are new to UserZoom, or are looking to hone your existing expertise, UserZoom University will provide a learning path to give you the skills and knowledge to succeed.
