Wooohooo!! We had a record turnout for the live webinar yesterday, February 28th – the room quickly maxed out within the first few minutes. Those of you who could not get in because of the GotoWebinar limitations, please accept our humble apologies.
The webinar on Best Practices for Remote User Testing was led by Jeff Sauro, author of Quantifying the User Experience and a real guru on measuring usability. Jeff demonstrated how to use UserZoom and UserTesting simultaneously for capturing quantitative data and “think-aloud” video. To quote him, “Unmoderated Remote Testing with video is not a Panacea but is pretty close”.
Jeff also discussed results from the case study he did on Enterprise and Budget car rental services. The study, which included 4 tasks and 61 total remote unmoderated users, produced pretty amazing results.
To see for yourself, check out the recording and the slides below.
Jeff answered a lot of questions that came up during the webinar in a post on his blog.
