Designing For Your Target Audience
The eighth UX seminar in the UserZoom series took place on 27th June, 2013. We heard from industry experts Neil Turner (UX Lead, TUI Travel), Lee Cooper (Head of UX, UserZoom – formerly with Nokia and Google) and Alex Race (Head of UX, British Gas).
On the day, attendees were presented a case study by Neil Turner, outlining the ways the TUI UX team distil, utilise and communicate user research findings; an insight into the rise and fall of persona research by Lee Cooper; and a whistle stop tour from Alex Race of the research, design and lessons learnt from a redesign of the call centre experience at British Gas.
Lloyds TSB, Ladbrokes, ITV, Experian, Thetrainline.com, Sky Scanner, 4C Group, Tesco, Everything Everywhere, UCL, Capgemini, BT, TUI Travel, British Gas and many more.
